I have always wanted a set of Bowflex adjustable dumbbells, and I was very pleased when I saw they had released the SelectTech 560 series. The sleek "rounded square" design, large weight range and 60 lb max (per dumbbell!) sold me. I also bought the accompanying SelectTech stand and Bowflex bench. At the time, I didn't realize that these dumbbells were also enabled with 3DT technology, but I will comment on this below. In just 3 weeks my body has already begun to transform in a noticeable way, especially in my chest and arms (I can see definition in both my biceps and triceps, which has never happened and I am 38 years old!). I have never been a weight lifter, more of a hiker and a runner, but the times I did lift I always struggled with finding the correct weight for my exercise. Being able to quickly gauge my comfortability lifting a certain weight and to just as quickly increase the load without the need for another plate or dumbbell has allowed me to push my limits and increase mass like never before! Finally, if you are into technology and apps, the SelectTech 560 is fitted with a 3DT sensor that not only counts your reps, but also communicates via Bluetooth with the SelectTech 560 phone application. This app has a 6-week challenege, a series of preselected expert workouts, and allows you to create your own custom workouts by selecting from a huge library of exercises you can do with the 560 dumbbells. The options are endless. Store past workouts to see your progress and weights lifted, the 3DT sensor automatically senses the weight you select! You have to lift them to believe them!

This is the tech that you NEED to select!!!!

At 44 it's been years since I was serious about lifting, but I figured better late than never, I got the 560 bundle, I was use to your standard run of the mill dumbbells, these can be a bit on the bulky side, but once you get use to them it's not a big deal. The bench is great and I love how fast and easy it is to go from flat, decline to incline! The weight stand is also another very nice feature, very sturdy! The ability to go from 5LBs up to a max of 60 with the turn of a wrist is awesome! I would highly recommend the 560 Bundle! I've only had this set three weeks so far but I truly love it! I bought my wife a tread climber last year, and last week bought a good condition used bowflex Xceed machine. With proper diet, rest, routine I have no doubt I'll be back in the shape I was in 20 years ago with in a year! Thanks Bowflex for great space&time saving quality Equipment.

Exceptional product!

This has been a great start to my home gym, I was a little skeptical of the Bluetooth option. However, after using them, I am very impressed. I like the design to twist the handle to get the desired weight, there is no calculating needed to adjust both sides of the dumbbell. When using the app, the weights beep every time you do a rep or to tell you when you are starting a particular work out. If you have the money, I say get them. Selecttech is a requirement for any home gym. #sweepstakes

Everything I though it would be

I use the product as a daily workout to keep me motivated for the next day's workout. The great things about this product is that it is small, quick changing, and allow for custom weight preference anytime during a workout. There is one thing that I noticed that isn't that great that I thought of is that the 3dt sensor that counts reps is in one dumbbell. "#Sweepstakes"

As a Fitness Pro I needed a variety of equipment. This was plus to go with my strength routines. Thank you for such a simple and functional set of weights.

Great Home Gym addition!

The 560s are some really nice looking dumbbells and will be a good addition to any home gym! I like how you change change weights on the fly during your workouts. I also like how it syncs to Apple Health to record strength training exercises, however, I am not sure if the calorie count is accurate. It records over 250 calories, which seems high for a weight training workout (avg HR of 80) for a 25 minute workout whereas my M5 only records around 150 calories for a 14 minute Max Interval workout (avg HR of 150) and I am a whole lot more tired and sweaty after my M5 workout than my Selecttech workout.. One of the two products are not accurate with calorie burn. I also wish it synced with more apps as it only syncs with Apple Health. I use Fitbit so I have to have Apple Health connected to MyFitnessPal in which syncs to Fitbit... It would be be if it synced directly to Fitbit. One minor hardware issue I had was the the left dumbbell bar grip became loose. Not a big deal, but I am OCD and it bothered me so I had it replaced. Now the new bar clicks when I pull it off of the stand. Also, as noted from other reviews, the red numbers are WAY too small to read and you have to be in a well lit room to see the numbers when changing the weight. Not a big deal, but I knocked off one star for it. Overall, I really like my bowflex home gym and would recommend this product.

Love these dumbbells but they have some flaws

I've had these well engineered dumbbells for about a month now and I am truly enjoying using them with the included Bowflex app. I've always felt that dumbbells can give you everything that you need in a anaerobic workout, and if space is limited, these two units will save you the area of a complete rack of dumbbells. In conjunction with the app, I feel i'm getting excellent workouts. I admittedly am very gentle in using these two units as there is a lot of plastic parts in it's manufacturing. I'm a wee bit concerned about their longevity and possible need for repairs down the line. To this point they have been flawless, only time will tell how well they age.

Beautifully Designed But Will They Last for The Long haul?

I use my SelectTech dumbbells in conjunction with my HVT+. I've owned them in the past. The convenience of 2 dumbbells replacing 30+ you can never get past. I do wish that when using the app on a tablet the dumbbells synced better. They lose connect when to get more than a few feet away.

I missed owning SelectTech's

We are less than 2 weeks in on ownership and one of the weights sticks on the dumbbell and fell off when we pulled it off of the rack.
