Tangerine-Cranberry Jam

Ingredients
- 1
(12-ounce) bag whole cranberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/3 c.
dark-brown sugar
Zest and juice of 2 tangerines or 1 orange (about 1/3 cup juice)
Pinch of salt
Directions
- Step 1In a medium-size pan over medium-high heat, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes. If too watery, simmer uncovered until thick and jamlike. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
